PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve health effect by putting a far infrared ceramic ball on a plate and practicing exercise on the plate to stimulate the foot sole. SOLUTION: Balls 1 with the diameter of about 2cm are made of far infrared ceramic. Those balls 1 are arranged in a wooden box with the area of about 10cm<2> by a rate of 60 balls per box. A user gets thereon and moves balls to stimulate foot soles. Since balls are made of far infrared ceramic, electromagnetic waves within a wavelength range of about 3-1000μm in far infrared rays are irradiated and the heat ray quickly penetrates deep into the body. Thus, warming effect is generated together with the stimulation to a foot sole to activate metabolism and health promotion can be achieved.
