<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start delivery of a first sheet to a bin immediately at sort mode and non sort mode in a sorter and prevent regulation of setting number of the sort bin and prevent a non sort bin from projecting above a sorter body. SOLUTION: A sorter discharges sheet from a paired discharge roller 43 to a non sort bin 20 at non sort mode and discharges the sheet from a paired discharge roller 46 to respective sort bins 311 -3120 at sort mode. The sort bins 311 -3120 are wholly lifted up by one pitch by taking a condition when the first sort bin 311 is set in sort level X1 as its waiting position. A condition when the non sort bin 20 is set in non sort level X2 is taken as its waiting position and the non sort bin 20 is lifted being interlocked with lifting of the 13th sort bin 3113 upper than the sort level X1 .</p> |
