PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a product have antibacterial properties and a orange-peel appearance and be good in processability, corrosion resistance, adhesion, appearance, etc., as compared with a conventional precoated steel plate. SOLUTION: Chromate of 30-90mg/m<2> in chromium is made to adhere as under coat treatment, as required, to a steel plate such as a zinc plated steel plate, a zinc allay plated steel plate, an aluminum plated steel plate, chromium plated steel plate, and a stainless steel plated steel plate. On it, a resin layer 2-15μm thick is baked for coating. A resin layer 10-30μm thick containing 0.1-2wt.% of an inorganic antibacterial agent which is supported by a silver compound, especially preferably, an inorganic compound in which silver ion is contained in a glass composition in an Ionic condition and a phosphoric acid compound such as calcium phosphate and zirconium phosphate and heat- melting polyester beads is baked for coating. In this way, an antibacterial precoated steel plate having orange-peel appearance is obtained, and this steel plate is used as interior and exterior materials which can keep good product appearance for a long period even in an environment favorable for mold and fungi. |
