<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To joint together a synthetic resin pipe and a joint member even when they are different materials each other by a method wherein a jointing part is formed by mounting a projected part of a T-shaped tape on which a heat generating layer is formed along a spiral channel of the outside of the joint pipe and high frequency induction heating is performed on this joint part. SOLUTION: A heat generating layer 1 is formed by an induction heat generating body 12 embedded in an approximately central part of an adhesive material 11. The adhesive material 11 is formed as a T-shaped tape of a flat part 18 and a projected part 19. When two spiral pipes 2 and 3 are bonded, under a condition where two spiral pipes are butted, projected parts 19 of a heat generating layer are mounted in the spiral channels on the outside of both spiral pipes and while they are mounted along the spiral channel, they are wound over specified width left and right around the butting part as a center to form a jointing part. When a high frequency magnetic field generating apparatus E with a high frequency electric source and a magnetic field generating coil being set outside of this jointing part is actuated, a heat generating body 12 generates heat and the adhesive materials 11 and 11 are melted and adjoining parts 17 and 17 of the T-shaped tape are integrally melted into a body.</p> |
