The implement has a tubular body with, at one end, a cutter and at the other end a handle for manual operation. The cutter is formed by saw teeth and the handle has two opposed arms (13,14). The frame of the tubular portion has a sliding ejector rod (21) with a length slightly greater than that of the tubular body (10). The teeth of the cutter can be doubled and formed as equilateral triangles with ground cutting edges.
