PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work pitch time. SOLUTION: A mounting head is provided with a line sensor 23a and multiple adsorbing nozzles 15. Each time adsorbing nozzles 15 chuck electronic parts, the line sensor 23 rotates and imaging data of the electronic parts is output to an image processing apparatus 27. In this method, comparing with a conventional method in which a mounting head is transported to a printed wiring board by way of an area sensor camera, the work pitch time is reduced because the mounting head is transported to the printed wiring board in the shortest possible distance. |
