PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely conduct a speech by decreasing a noise sound output time and decreasing an output level in the case of erroneous data are caused in voice data on a transmission line so as to avoid silence in a received voice thereby allowing a taking party not to feel a sense of incongruity at the speech. SOLUTION: A received data string through an antenna 11, a receiver 12 and a demodulator 13 is divided into sub frames. An erroneous data detection section 14 decides presence of erroneous data on the unit of sub frames based on discrimination data of erroneous data in received data and sub frames received from the demodulator 13. An interpolation voice data section 15 inputs voice data interpolated in the unit of sub frames based on the discrimination result to a voice decoding section 16. The erroneous data detection section 14 controls a voice level control section 17 connected to an output section of the voice decoding section 16 to decrease a voice output level of the interpolated voice data. |
