PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and accurately inspect the joining part between a body and a sheet. SOLUTION: An image is taken in, and a projection is prepared (ST2), in the inspection region of the image. After it has been examined whether the difference α between the maximum and the minimum of the production element is a reference value 1 or more, and whether the standard deviation σ is a reference value 2 or more (ST3), a threshold value 1 and a threshold value 2 are calculated (ST4). Thereafter, the retrival of a production element is carried out from its one end to the other end, and the point (a) where the threshold value 1 is first attained, the point (b) where the threshold value 2 is first attained on and after the point (5), and the point (c) where the threshold value 1 is attained between the point (a) and the point (b) are obtained respectively (ST5). The breadth between the point (a) and the point (c) is obtained, and this breadth is made a seal protrusion breadth (ST6). Whether the sealing join is good or bad is judged by the dimensions of thus seal protrusion breadth. |
