PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a human body model with a soft surface layer supported by a rigid inner layer by revolving a frame, into which soft urethane resin is introduced, on its axis and around the sun and gelatinizing, and then introducing rigid urethane resin, revolving the frame on its axis and around the sun and curing. SOLUTION: First urethane resin to be soft at the time of curing is introduced into a frame 10 of split structure, and the frame is revolved both on its axis and around the orbit, and the first urethane resin is molded into the surface shape in compliance with a mold and gelatinized to form a surface layer 11. Then an introduction opening 10a of the frame 10 is opened, and second urethane resin 2 to be rigid at the time of curing is introduced inside the first urethane resin and the frame is revolved on its axis and around the orbit by a rotational molding device, and the second urethane resin 2 is brought into contact with the surface layer 11, molded and cured to form an inner layer 12. Then the frame 10 is opened and a molded produce (a human model) is released. The surface layer 11 of the molded product is soft and elastic, and supported by a rigid inner layer. |
