PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight and to improve shock-resisting property by a method wherein the resin material for a solar battery module is composed of non- yellowing transparent thermoplastic polyurethane resin having specific hardening characteristics. SOLUTION: A transparent thermoplastic polyurethane resin layer is formed by lamination on one surface of a cover film 3, and the first two-layer film 7 is formed. Then, a urethane layer 2 is laminated on a substrate film 4, the second two-layer film 8 is formed, and solar batteries 9 are mounted. The urethane layers 1 and 2 are provided with hardening characteristics of A- hardness(Hs) of 90 or lower which is prescribed by JIS, and they have the yellowing factor value, computed based on JIS k7103, of less than 10. The solar batteries 9 are carried, the urethane layers 1 and 2 are bonded, and they are melted and solved by vacuum heating in a vacuum heater and closely bonded. |
