PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a percutaneous patch material having excellent cohesive force and stability without varying adhesive physical properties with the lapse of time, comprising a supporter and an adhesive layer composed of an alkyl (meth)acrylate (co)polymer as a main component. SOLUTION: This percutaneous patch material comprises (A) a supporter and (B) an adhesive layer containing (i) an alkyl (meth)acrylate (co)polymer as a main component and further (ii) a medicine and (iii) 0.05-1wt.% of an organic peroxide (preferably lauroyl peroxide) having 40-70 deg.C temperature of half life to decompose in 10hrs, and the layer B is heated at 40-70 deg.C. The percutaneous patch material has a sheet of release paper silicone-treated polyethylene terephthalate film, etc., usually having <=1,000μm, preferably 30-200μm thickness for protecting the layer B until its using time.
