PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste-water treating apparatus low in initial and running costs which can be maintained by simple maintenance operation, by providing a gap between treating processes, a bag for removing fine solid scraps, an oxygen adding bag, an oxygen adding device, a bacteria tank and a ceramic tank. SOLUTION: A gap 1 for removing solid matters having sizes of several millimeters square or larger contained in waste water, a water reservoir tank 2 for storing the waste water discharged through the gap 1 and a bag member 4 for removing fine solid matters in the waste water sucked from the reservoir tank 2 by a pump 3 are provided. An oxygen adding tank 6 for adding oxygen by an oxygen adding device 8 to the waste water discharged from an outer periphery of the bag member 4, a bacteria tank 11 for decreasing organic matters in the waste water sucked from the oxygen adding tank 6 by a pump 10 by activity of the bacteria and a ceramic tank 13 filled with soft ceramic for decreasing chemical oxygen demand are further provided. Thus, scraps and matters which raise C.O.D. and B.O.D in food processing waste water can be removed. |
