PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system avoiding undesired and time-consuming data transfer via a network while warranting data used at a receiving end to be timely. SOLUTION: A receiving end 14 judges whether a data notice message has timely information or is to be disregarded based on a time stamp, and judges whether or not the receiving end 14 has a current version of the noted data already, e.g. whether or not the current version is stored in a cache memory based on a data location and a check sum, and has correspondence for any kind of data 18 without any modification of a standard data form through the use of the check sum. Furthermore, the receiving end 14 uniquely confirms transmission of the data 18 in mistake by calculating the check sum. Only when the receiving end 14 desires to use the data 18 but does not have a current version, the receiving end 14 requests transmission of the current version. Thus, the data 18 are sent only when they are absolutely required.
