摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the usual connecting sleeve in the intermediate connecting part, for example a fanned conductor part of an insulated power cable and prevent the generation of the breakage of a stranded wire. SOLUTION: The conductor of an objective insulated power cable 11 is originally a fanned conductor part 12. The exposed tip part of the conductor 12 in the insulated power cable 11 is compressed with a metal mold so that a connecting hole insertion region L on the side has a circular cross section, and the remaining region M has a tapered external shape which gradually changes from the circular cross section to the fanned cross section the same as the fanned conductor 12. Since the connecting hole insertion region L has the circular cross section, the usual connecting sleeve having an insertion hole of a circular cross section can be used. Since the cross section is smoothly changed from the circular cross section part to the inner end part and the step difference is not formed, the breakage of a strand forming the sector conductor 12 is prevented, and electric field concentration is not produced.</p>
