PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the work of moving and installing equipment and materials when installing a lighting system outdoors. SOLUTION: Support holders 11, 12 are provided respectively on the upper and lower surface parts of a translucent balloon 10, and a support 13 is erected between the support holders 11, 12. A socket 14 is secured to approximately the center of the support 13 in the balloon 10, and an electric bulb 15 is attached to the socket 14. A power cable 17 and a support rope 19 are attached to the support holder 12 on the lower surface part. By filling the balloon 10 with helium gas, the balloon 10 is allowed to float in air, and the surroundings of the balloon 10 can be illuminated over a wide range by lighting the bulb 15 with the supply of electricity through the power cable 17. |
