PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency by printing designated additional print information at the prescribed position of a printed matter when printing print designated data as this printed matter. SOLUTION: When the print data are discriminated as data for a leading page, next, a CPU 13 discriminates whether the item of degree of emergency is set to 'present' in print designating processing or not. When it is discriminated that the item of degree of emergency is set to 'present', the image data of additional print information stored in an additional print information extension memory 12c of a RAM 12 are read out and these image data of additional print information are synthesized with the print data for the leading page inside a work memory 12a. Then, the CPU 13 outputs the print data for one page from the work memory 12a to a color printing part 15 and at the color printing part 15, the data are printed out onto paper based on the print data for one page transferred from the work memory 12a by the CPU 13. |
