1. Condensed indole derivatives with the formula (I) or their pharmaceutically-acceptable salts with the formula IMAGE> where X refers to O, S, SO, SO2>, CH2>, CH or NR, where R refers to hydrogen or C1-6alkyl; A refers to saturated or non-saturated polymethylene chain with 2-4 atoms of carbon; R1 and R2 refer to a hydrogen atom or C1-6alkyl; R3 refers to hydrogen, a halogen, C1-6alkyl, an amino group, a nitro group or C1-6alkoxyl; R4 refers to hydrogen, a halogen, C1-6alkyl or C1-6alkoxyl; Y refers to O or NH; Z refers to a group with the formula (a), (b) or (c); (a) (b) (c) where n1> is equal to 1, 2, 3 or 4; n2> is equal to 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; n3> is equal to 2, 3, 4 or 5; q is equal to 0, 1, 2 or 3; p is equal to 0, 1 or 2; m is equal to 0, 1 or 2; R5 refers to hydrogen, C1-12alkyl, arylalkyl or R5 refers to (CH2)2-R10, where z is equal to 2 or 3, while R10 is matched from the set of groups: cyanic, hydroxyl, C1-6alkoxyl, phenoxyl, C(O)C1-6alkyl, COC6H5, -CONR11R12, NR11COR12, SO2NR11R12 or NR11SO2R12, where R11 and R12 refer to hydrogen or C1-6alkyl; while R6 R7 and R8 independently of each other refer to C1-6alkyl; while R9 refers to hydrogen or C1-10alkyl, which act as an antagonist of the 5-HT4 receptor.
