Room temperature-curable epoxide resin composition with an average of more than 1 epoxide group/molecule contains a diglycol-amine-polyamine mixture as hardener. The hardener comprises 1 mole diglycol-amine and 0.004-2 mole (cyclo)aliphatic polyamine(s) with an average of >= 2 active hydrogen (H) atoms/molecule, selected from ethylene diamine, hexamethylene diamine, trimethylhexamethylene diamine, 2-methylpentamethylene diamine, diethylene triamine, triethylene tetramine, dipropylene triamine, diaminopropane, diaminobutane, triethylene glycol diamine, polyoxypropylene diamine with molecular weight 230, N-aminoethylpiperazine, 1,2-, 1,3- and 1,4-diaminocyclohexane, 1-cyclohexylamino-3-aminopropane, isophorone diamine and meta-xylylene diamine.
