Thermoplastic material (I), consisting of (A) 80-99.7 wt%of a 2-phase plastic containing (A1) 0-90 pts. wt. thermoplastic co- or ter-polymer of styrene, alpha -methylstyrene, ring-substituted styrene, methyl methacrylate, (meth)acrylonitrile, maleic anhydride, N-substituted maleimide, vinyl acetate or a mixture thereof and (A2) 10-100 pts. wt. of a graft copolymer of (A2.1) 5-90 pts. wt. monomer(s) as in (A1) on (A2.2) 95-100 pts. wt. rubber copolymer of 70-95 wt% butadiene and 5-30 wt% acrylonitrile with an average particle diameter of 100-250 microns, and (B) 0.3-20 wt% acid-functional nitrile rubber.
