Adjusting seat back inclination angle

An adjusting component (24) is stationary in relation to the seat back (8). It engages in a guide slot (22) in a link plate (20) which is rotatable in relation to the sitting section (4) around a pivot point (26) which is parallel to the seat back pivot (6). With rotation of the link plate the distance between the engagement point of the adjusting component and the pivot point of the link plate is altered. The result is a change in the rake of the back of the seat.
