<p>The invention features a device for injecting high pressure atomised fuel liquid into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine comprising means for delivering high pressure liquid fuel (16) such as a pump communicating, via cyclic communication means with an injection chamber (26) of variable volume with a movable element (27) returned by resilient returning means (28) towards a stop (33) and communicating permanently with the nozzle cavity (10), the amount of liquid fuel being delivered to the injection chamber during the cyclic closing phase of the nozzle obturating means (14).
