The invention relate to a chest canvas which is a material inserted between outer cloth and lining cloth. This invention provides excellent chester canvas which is human friendly designed and good in heat resistance, restoring force, and launderability for making cloth. This invention simplifies the process and does not require the conventional process such as needle punching on combined chester canvas and felt. This process uses new felts which is made by heat resistant (1-3 denier) polyester staple fiber (100%) or mixture of polyester staple fiber (80-90%) and nylon fiber (0.8-3.0 denier, 10-20%).
