A moisture sensing device of a concrete mixer having a rotating table(2), sensing rods(3,3'), a mercury container(501), the first and second opening/closing valve circuits(9,10), the first and second opening/closing valve(401,402), a time establishing circuit(11) and a nozzle(4) attached to the end of the water pipes is disclosed. The rotating table(2) has sensing rods(3,3') on its both sides which are connected to the rotating terminals(202,202') within the mercury container(501) mounted on upper end of a rotating shaft(201) of the sensing rods(3,3') and the rotating table(2). And the contactors(6,6') contacted to the rotating terminals(202,202') are connected to the valve circuits(9,10) through a sensing circuit(7). The valve circuits(9,10) drives the valve(401,402) connected to the time establishing circuit(11). Thereby, the mixer can provide the sands with appropriate moisture to obtain a good mortar.
