摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten the molding time by a method wherein the molding resin, the temperature of which is raised by agitational heat generated by the rotating a rotor in an injection nozzle, is poured in a mold. CONSTITUTION:Mixed resin 15, which is formed by feeding resinous main material 24 and catalyst 26 under pressure from resin feeding part 23 and catalyst feeding part 25 under the condition that a rotating shaft 19 is rotated, is injected through a nozzle hole 14 in the gate 4 of a mold 1. The resinous main material 24 and the catalyst 26 are homogeneously mixed during the passing through rotating fins 21 and stationary fins 22, resulting in forming the highly reactive mixed resin 15. The mixed resin 15 is introduced in a narrow gap made between the inner wall of a nozzle cylinder 12 and a rotor 17 so as to be applied by strong shearing force with the nozzle cylinder 12 and the rotor 17 in order to be instantaneously heated, resulting in injecting the resultant high temperature mixed resin 5 through the nozzle hole 14. Injection molding is performed by injecting the mixed resin 15, which is delivered from an injection nozzle 11, through the gate 4 of the mold 1 onto a cavity space 3. Thus, the temperature rising time in the mold can be shortened or omitted, resulting in improved productivity.
