PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a piezoelectric porcelain compsn. made of an oxide mixture of PbZrO3 .PbTiO3 .Pb(NbSb)O3 as a perovskite type multiple oxide with MnO and having a stable high electromechanical coupling factory (Kp) and a stable high mechanical quality factory (Qm). SOLUTION: Calcined powder is formed by calcining and pulverizing Zr, Ti, Nb and Sb compds., it is mixed with Pb oxide and an Mn compd. and this mixture is fired. In other way, a suspension prepd. by mixing Ti and Zr compds. in a liq. phase is dropped into an alkali dispersion contg. an Nb compd., the resultant coprecipitate is calcined and pulverized to form calcined powder and Pb, Sb and Mn compds. are added to the calcined powder and fired. |
