PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the presence of an indication part such as character clearly recognizable and ensure safety by sticking a light reflecting sheet or applying a light reflecting coating material to a position which never shields a recessed groove having a mark or character engraved therein when an indicator body is seen from the surface side. SOLUTION: A resin plate such as polymethyl methacrylate, polycarbonate or polystyrene under a specified condition in which a red fluorescent coloring matter is dispersed is used to provide an indicating character 3 on the reverse side of an indicator body 2 by engraving a recessed groove 4. On the surface side or reverse side of the indicator body 2, a light reflecting sheet is stuck, or a light reflecting coating material is applied to a position which never shields the recessed groove 4 when the indicator body 2 is seen from the surface side. Otherwise, a reflecting layer reflecting toward the surface side may be provided. The cut surface of the recessed groove 4 is conspicuously lighted with a luminous intensity stronger than the light received by the indicator body 2 to provide the effect of attracting much attention, and the safety is improved. |
