PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently perform the uniform pressurization of a material in mold and to mold the uneven shape of the upper or side surface part of a product by covering the surface of the core material of a support member with a rubber layer partially different in thickness and suppressing the thermal expansion of the rubber layer to prevent mold deformation. SOLUTION: As the internal structure of a rubber mold, rubber 7 is bonded to the surface of the core material 6A of which the central part protrudes of a rubber support member 6. The thickness T2 of the side surface of the rubber 7 is larger than the thickness T1 of the upper surface thereof. Since the thickness T2 of the side surface is thick, the pressure force of the side surface is ensured. By reducing the thickness T2 of the upper surface of the rubber 7, the pressure force of a coner part becomes large. The contact part of the rubber layer 7 and the rubber support member 6 are uneven and both of them are hard to peel. 6B is a rubber mold base plate.
