PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an image which has high density and high image quality and in which clear color can be developed by a method wherein ink in large quantity can be held by improving absorbing and penetrating properties of ink and an image receiving layer having the ability to uniformly keep absorbing and penetrating properties of ink at any point on the recording surface of an image record sheet can be formed. SOLUTION: When a microcapsule for developing three primary colors, in which a photosensitive material and a color material (pigment ink) is sealed, is exposed and superposed on an image record sheet to apply pressure thereon, in order to properly absorb the ink flowing out of a broken capsule, an image record sheet S, in which a base material 1 of the sheet S is covered with an image receiving layer 4 comprising fine spherical particles 2, is used. Since the particles are spherical, voids formed among the particles are uniform in volume and hence ink can evenly penetrate into the voids. |
