THREE-DIMENSIONAL SHAPING METHOD AND DEVICE USED THEREIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shaping method of a three-dimensional shape and a device used for shaping which can effect a superior shaping with a good accuracy by unnecessitating a removal work of an unnecessary part by laminating only a shaping agent without an ancillary agent and by forming thickness of each layer into a uniform and accurate plane shape. SOLUTION: A non-flowable liquid is used as a shaping agent and a nozzle 7 supplying this shaping agent is formed in a small diameter. And the shaping agent supplied at a mount part is pressed and pressurized to be a planelike at a press pressurizing part 8 before hardened to be a predetermined shape by this nozzle 7. A height between the press pressurizing part 8 and the mount part 2 is measured at press pressurizing and the height of the nozzle 7 at the time of forming a next layer is calculated from the height data. Consequently, any shaping can be shaped and the removal work of an unnecessary part is unneccessitated and an each layer uniformly becomes a planelike.
