PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve interior property without spilling of gel particles even when a container falls down by forming a carrier from a molded body made of a water swelling rubber capable of swelling specified times by absorption of a deodorizing and/or fragrant substance. SOLUTION: A carrier 1 for deodorizing and/or fragrant material is fixed by a water paste 5 in a glass container 3 and a deodorizing liquid 2 is placed thereinto. A cap 4 is applied. The carrier 1 for the deodorizing and/or fragrant material is formed from a molded body made of a water swelling rubber capable of swelling 5-200 times by absorption of the deodorizing liquid 2. For example, the container is made up of a kneaded material containing 20-95wt.% of natural or synthetic rubber and 5-80wt.% of a water absorbing resin. Moreover, the water absorbing resin may be made into particle with the average particle size of below 200μm. Then, the carrier 1 can be formed to character goods or the like, thereby improving interior property.
