A reinforcement bracket(50) about a length of a half with respect to that of the upper surface of the stay(30) being exposed to the outside at the interval of a longitudinal(20) and an impact beam(10) is installed by welding it on the upper surface of the stay so that the front can be connected with the impact beam. Besides, a groove(22) is formed on the one side of the rear of the longitudinal combined with a stay and a bolt(50) so that the area of the groove may be broken first with being contorted when collision load is transmitted to the longitudinal. In case of the rear collision of vehicles, the shock power is transmitted to the stay through the impact beam, the shock power transmitted to the stay is concentrated on the ending region(C) of the reinforcement bracket because the reinforcement bracket corresponding to about a length of a half with respect to the area of the stay having been welded on the front of the stay under the state of having been contacted closely to the front of the impact beam.
