PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally package a plurality of reserve containers without load shifting, by forming at least one falt face parallel to the central axis of the container at the external wall faces thereof, in cylindrical reserve containers reserving measuring instruments for a specified component in a liquid sample. SOLUTION: In cylindrical reserve containers to reserve sample pieces for glucose, pH, etc., of blood, serums, etc., a plurality of flat faces are formed at every uniform distance on the external wall face. In this way, when a plurality of reserve containers are packaged to form one block, the containers are mutually stabilized and easily handled. And hence, the working efficiency is increased. In this case, the flat face on the external wall face of the reserve containers is set within 1/5-4/5 of the whole area of the external wall face. Shrink-packaging is preferable for statute packaging of a plurality of reserve containers. In this shrink-packaging, respective containers are arranged to contact each other at the flat faces and fixed thereto so as not to generate load shifting. |
