PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and continuously manufacture a polarizing sheet with a metallic reflecting foil by travelling a long metallic reflecting foil and sticking the reflecting foil to the polarizing sheet in the condition of shifting with a prescribed angle between the direction of hair lines formed on the surface of the reflecting foil and a Z axis of the long polarizing sheet sticking tape. SOLUTION: The reflecting foil forming the hair lines having a prescribed angle to the length direction of the foil on the surface of the metallic foil 2 by slidingly contacting with a lapping belt 7 shifted to the direction crossed at the right angle with the arrow mark A direction while conveying the long metallic foil 2 to the A direction, is wound around a roll. In this case, the angle of the hair lines to the length direction on the metallic foil 2 can easily be set by adjusting the conveying speed of the metallic foil 2 and the shifting speed of the lapping belt 7. Successively, while pulling out the metallic reflecting foil and the polarizing sheet sticking tape, respectively, both sheets are continuously stuck as the long state and in the condition of shifting the hair line direction of the metallic reflecting foil and the Z axis (extending axis) of the polarizing sheet. |
