PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition capable of improving performances on ice. SOLUTION: A resin containing >=10wt.% of a conjugated diene component having >=75 JIS-C hardness in the resin component, cross-linkability, 80-200 deg.C melting point or Tg and 10-200μm average particle diameter or a resin composite material is kneaded and dispersed at a temperature lower than the melting point or Tg into a compounding system comprising at least one diene-based polymer selected from the group consisting of material rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene/butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber and an isobutylene-isoprene copolymer as a rubber component. Then the blend is mixed with at least a blowing agent, a vulcanizing agent and further kneaded and dispersed and then vulcanized at a temperature >=5 deg.C higher than the melting point or Tg to from a coated layer composed of the resin or the resin composite material of the circumference of the expanded cells. |
