PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large rotating force with a small pedaling force by providing an inner gear and an outer gear geared with it and rotated on the tip of a crank arm for adding a driving force to a wheel, and fixing a pedal to the external gear so that the tread surface of the pedal has substantially horizontal upward posture. SOLUTION: In a one for rotating a rear wheel by the rotation of a crank arm 1 fixed to a crank shaft, an inner gear 2 is stationarily provided on the tip of the crank arm 1. The inner gear 2 is formed of a circular bottomed box form opened in one axial side, a plate link 4 is rotatably connected to a support shaft 3 pressed and fixed into the center of its bottom wall, the rotating shaft 6 of an outer gear 5 geared with the gear 2 and rotated is fitted thereto, and a pedal 8 is fixed to the central position of the gear 5 through a pedal arm 7. The gear ratio of the gear 2 to the gear 5 is set to 2:1, whereby the gear 5 turns on its axis once while the gear 5 revolves once within the gear 2. |
