摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain composite rubber particles comprising the non-separably mutually polymer chain-entangled product of an isobutylenic polymer with a vinylic polymer, capable of imparting high impact resistance to various kinds of resins and excellent in transparency, weatherability and thermal stability. SOLUTION: The composite rubber particles comprise the substantially non- separably mutually polymer chain-entangled product of (A) an isobutylenic copolymer having an allyl group and/or a silicon-containing group at least one of the molecular chain ends preferably in an amount of 1-99wt.% with (B) a vinylic polymer such as n-butyl acrylate polymer preferably in an amount of 99-1wt.%, and have an average particle diameter of 0.05-10μm and a gel content of >=20wt.%. One or more kinds of vinylic monomers are preferably graft-copolymerized to the composite rubber particles.
