The invention relates to a sensor for detecting proteins on the key-lock reaction principle, consisting of a sensor body, one surface of which is coated with a polymer layer, where the receptor molecules on the key-lock reaction are bonded to said polymer layer. It is the aim of the invention to design the sensor in such a way that it can be easily and highly reproducibly made. This is achieved in that the bond between the polymer and the receptor molecules is provided by a photoreactive molecule which is covalent to the lysine of a receptor molecule and inserted into a C-H bond of the polyimide.
