<p>A pneumatic tyre which comprises an air permeation preventive layer substantially covering a tyre inner surface and formed of a film of a thermoplastic resin having an air permeability coefficient of at most 25x10-12 [cc.cm/cm2.sec.cmHg] or a thermoplastic elastomer composition containing a blend of the thermoplastic resin and an elastomer, and is constructed such that a rubber finishing layer is provided to interpose the air permeation preventive layer between it and a tyre carcass layer or a film is interposed between the tyre carcass layer and a finishing layer in a bead portion. At least a part of the film interposed between the tyre carcass layer and the finishing layer is cut out to permit portions of the tyre carcass layer and the finishing layer to directly contact with each other or an amount of lap between the finishing layer and the film is at most 10 mm.</p> |
