PHARMACOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION BETWEEN N-ACETYLCYSTEIN AND LEVULOSE FOR PREVENTING CELLULAR DEATH AND RELATED DISEASES

摘要

Pharmacological association between N-acetylcystein and levulose for the prevention of cellular death and related diseases. By applying simultaneously the above-mentionned products, a clear synergetic cell-protecting effect is obtained which prevents the cellular death produced by different types of aggressions related with the oxidative stress. The preferred ratio between the compounds of the association levulose/NAC is 4/1. The pharmacological association is used for the treatment of various clinical conditions such as rhynopharyngitis and bronchitis, acute and chronical hepatopathies, immunodeficiencies, myocardial infarction, arterosclerosis, Alzheimer disease, retinitis, sexual impotence, nephritis, dermatitis and tumoral cachexy.
