90 Degree phase shifter with half frequency divider

The device has a T flip-flops containing a phase shifter, which generates a signal with a 90 degree phase difference, based on an input signal. This operates on a 50 per cent switching ratio, and uses a second input signal which is a complementary signal with respect to the first input signal. There is a DC component detector, which detects a voltage corresponding to an offset to 50 % switching ratio, with respect to the first and second signals. A DC feedback arrangement supplies a corresponding feedback signal as a biassing voltage, to one input terminal end of the phase shifter.
