PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a delay rate of paper feeding at the time of the roll rotation and to enable a stable paper feeding and conveyance by forming the roll with rubber composition incorporated with whisker and projecting one end of the whisker. The whisker which is to be added is a single crystal such as metal, ceramic and the like, and is exemplified by aluminum borate, silicon carbide, silicon nitride and magnesium oxysulfate.
