PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate a load to a body caused by alcohol by detecting and quantitating the biological signal of a drunk. SOLUTION: A biological signal detecting means 3 detects the biological signal of a user. An arithmetic means 8 linearly or non-linearly analyzes the biological signal detected by the biological signal detecting means 3 and makes it into quantitative exponent. A discriminating means 9 discriminates the quantity of load to the living body caused by drinking from the amount of changes to occur because of progress of drinking as a result of arithmetic and an output means 10 displays this discriminated result.
