摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve vibration efficiency, and reduce the weight of an oscillating element and fabrication man-hour by forming a stator into a shape which involves a ring-shaped rotor contact part, a supporting part for supporting the rotor contact part, and a leg part for fitting piezoelectric ceramics in addition to use of sheet material. SOLUTION: The rotor contact part 7 of a stator involves a ring-shaped flat surface, and a supporting part 8 is formed, which extends downwards from the inner periphery and outer periphery of the rotor contact part 7 respectively. A leg part 9 is also fitted at the lower end of the supporting part 8. The stator is formed by press-processing a ring-shaped sheet, and piezoelectric ceramics 2 having a plurality of split electrodes which generate traveling waves is bonded to the leg part 9 of the stator. It is thus possible to decrease the bending rigidity of the stator for improved vibration efficiency, and reduce the weight of an oscillating element and fabrication man-hour.
