ENVIRONMENT AREA PICTURE PROCESSING METHOD AND SYSTEM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To learn scenario information of a state when a subject area video is used and to reuse it to the other video work by combining a two gradation video and an environment area video constituted of a line figure video in addition to the subject area video which is rally taken. SOLUTION: In an environment area picture processing method for processing the environment area video being a peripheral video except for the subject area video extracted for a target containing the sales and the use (reuse) of the really taken video material of a digital still picture and a digital moving picture, the video material is separated into the subject area video and the environment area video. Then, a two gradation and a line processing are executed on the environment video. Thus, the influence of the intellectual property right of a person contained in the environment area video is removed and accumulated information quantity of video information is reduced. The glance direction and the direction of the hands of a person portrait video contained in the environment area video which is line-processed and attribute information of a person, to which the positions are described, are extracted and held.
