PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deviation in a tuning point due to movement of components located in the vicinity of the antenna provided to the equipment main body. SOLUTION: In a pen input electronic notebook 10 provided with a loop antenna 14 to receive information by radio communication such as a pager function, an input pen 13 is contained in a space of an opening face of the loop antenna 14 and the pen input electronic notebook 10 is provided with a open/close free door and a switch 15 is used to detect attachment/detachment of the pen 13 and opening/closing of the door, bias data stored in advance in a memory are extracted to prevent deviation in a tuning frequency of the antenna circuit resulting from the attachment/detachment of the pen 13 and opening/closing of the door and the bias data are used to change a bias of a variable capacitance diode of the antenna circuit thereby preventing the deviation in the tuning point.
