PURPOSE: A method for installing a mass ejection hole by reinforcing the thickness of the tip of a propeller blade is provided to prevent the weakening of strength when a pipe line connected from a hollow shaft of a propeller shaft to a mass ejection hole is installed in a blade. CONSTITUTION: A method for installing a mass ejection hole by reinforcing the thickness of the tip of a propeller blade is as follows. A blade of a propeller is cut over 0.92R. A newly manufactured blade is welded at a cut portion. The tip thickness of the propeller blade at the 0.92R is reinforced between 0.92R-1.0R. A mass ejection hole is installed between the 0.92R-1.0R at the tip of the propeller blade. The thickness of the propeller blade over the 0.92R is reinforced by welding.
