PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize detection of opening/closing operation of a cover with a conventional switch without using a sensor dedicated for the detection of opening/closing of the cover. SOLUTION: A controlling device 30 is switched between the on-line state and the off-line state according to the state of a push switch 36, which outputs high level signals only when it is depressed. An operation key 52 is connected to the switch 36 via an operation key link 56 and a common swinging link 48. Further, a lever 7 is connected thereto via a rotating member 44, a cover link 46 and the common swinging link 48. The controlling device 30 measures the duration of the high level state of the switch so as to switch from the on-line state to the off-line state or vice versa in the case a high level state is achieved for a short period by the touch operation of the operation key 52. In the case the measuring time becomes longer than a predetermined time by opening the cover, the cover opening processing is conducted. |
