PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a slurry for ceramic green sheets, capable of producing a uniformly dispersed slurry not containing a lump. SOLUTION: Ceramic powder is uniformly dispersed in a solvent to produce a ceramic slurry. Separately, a binder is uniformly dissolved in a solvent to produce a binder solution, and the binder solution is compounded with a plasticizer and subsequently uniformly stirred to produce a binder-plasticizer mixture solution in which the entanglement state of the binder is sufficiently loosed. The ceramic slurry and the binder-plasticizer solution are converted into low viscosity states at temperatures of >=30 deg.C (the difference between the temperatures is <=30 deg.C), respectively. The binder-plasticizer mixture solution is added to the ceramic slurry, preliminarily homogeneously mixed under slow stirring in a short time, and subsequently stirred at a high speed in a high viscosity state at <=30 deg.C in a short time, while giving a strong shear force to the ceramic particles, etc. Thus, the uniformly dispersed slurry is produced. |
