PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a part electrically surely in a specified position of an object, by judging the dislocation of the object of the electrode of the part from the wiring part, based on the positional relation between the electrode of the part and the external form of the part and the mutual positional relation. SOLUTION: A first positional relation recognizing means 17 is placed on a base 11, and a second positional relation recognizing means 14 is attached to an electronic parts carrier 13. The first positional relation recognizing means 17 recognizes a positioning mark correlated in the position of an electrode and the external form, and takes the positional relation into a controller 100. The second positional relation recognizing means 14 recognizes a positioning mark made at a circuit part and the external form at the same time, and takes the obtained image into the controller 100. The controller 100 judges the dislocation to a liquid crystal display panel 19 of the electrode part, based on the image information which shows the positional relation from the first positional relation recognizing means 17 and the image information from the second positional relation recognizing means 14. Hereby, the part can be electrically surely in the specified position of the object. |
