PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve intimate and strong contact of a silicone resin type surfacehardening layer to a surface of a polycarbonate molded product, in a contact method comprising contacting them directly without an intermediate layer which has conventionally been used and is called an undercoat layer, a primer layer, an adhesive layer or the like. SOLUTION: This coated polycarbonate molded product comprises a polycarbonate molded product and a surface-hardening layer coated thereon, wherein the polycarbonate has hydroxyl terminals in a molar ratio of hydroxyl terminals to the terminals other than hydroxyl terminals ranging from 1/100 to 100/1, wherein the surface-hardening layer is that of silicone resin type having a thickness of 0.1 to 200μm, and wherein the surface-hardening layer optionally contains an ultraviolet absorber in an amount of 1 to 20wt.%, based on the total weight of the layer. |
